Most of our items are made on the day. When you bring them home, most would keep well in the fridge for the next 3 days. We use no preservatives, artificial flavouring or colouring in our products.
For the breads, all they need is a little time in the oven or microwave to warm them up. For pastries that will be warmed up in the oven, you could place a piece of baking paper on top of them while they are warming if you do not wish the tops to brown too much.
Our mousse cakes taste great just from the fridge (around 5-6°C). Our tarts taste better if left out at room temperature for about 30mins or so, so that the filling has time to soften.
When anything is placed in the fridge, it is best to cover them with transparent film wrap to keep them from drying out. Breads do well in the freezer too!
