Please note that this is a very rough guide that we try to adhere to. Since it is our first priority to bake bread for our restaurants, sometimes we will have to change things around a little if we are suddenly very busy at the restaurants and need more bread. It is still best to call us up on the day to check what we are making, and we will also post updates on our main page.
For our desserts, we replenish our cake fridge almost daily. All our cakes are never more than 3 days old, as the older ones get used up in the restaurant as part of our set dinner desserts.
